On offer is a fantastic half tusk of an adult male Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. Although it is only a half tusk, otherwise it is in excellent condition as seen in the images. This is the tip part of the tusk, the base is missing. The tip and a crack have been repaired, otherwise no restoration. This tusk piece is of beautiful ivory of mainly white, gold, grey and brown ivory. Stunning patterning. Fantastic piece and highly recommended. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch. This piece has been applied with a matt finish, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish.
Attractively displayed on a custom-made metal and wood stand with black finish, and ready to display. Not only a fantastic fossil, but also truly a work of art in its own right and a great conversation piece.
