On offer is a fantastic and large piece of tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. This is the middle part of the tusk, the base and tip are missing, but otherwise it is in excellent state of preservation, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. This tusk piece is of beautiful colouring of mainly white, gold, brown, grey and black ivory, and with absolutely stunning patterning. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch. Judging from the circumference, this would have belonged to a female Mammoth. This piece has been applied with a matt finish, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish.
