On offer is a partial skull of European wolf (Canis lupus) from the Pleistocene era. This fossil is in partial condition, but still nicely preserved, with five molars still locked in the jaw tissue, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. Fossils from Pleistocene wolf are very rare. Wonderful piece for the specialized collector. The black-and-white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
