We are proud to present this excessively rare and most stunningly preserved original skull together with a replicated lower jaw with molars of a Pleistocene adult male Woolly Rhinoceros. Highly recommended for advanced collectors and museum and university collections. It is very rare and special for its truly magnificent state of preservation, preserving small details such as the hearing bones. The upper jaw in the skull still has ten original molars locked in the jaw tissue. The cheekbones are restored, as seen in the images. The lower jaw is a modern replica, and the horns are modern reproductions in Replicast as well, as these do not survive in the fossil record.
Attractively presented on a custom-made stand with wooden base and ready to display. Much more impressive than the photos can convey and highly recommended. Will be the jewel in any collection!
