This nice fossil belonged to an adult Woolly Rhinoceros from the Pleistocene period. The cervical vertebrae were located in the neck part of the spinal cord, supporting the animal's skull. Good state of preservation, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
