On offer is a wonderful partial skull including the partial upper jaw of a Woolly Mammoth. This piece includes the remnants of the two M2 molars and the subsequent two M3 molar still locked in the jaw tissue. The molars have good chewing surfaces and beautiful colouring. Good state of preservation, as seen in the images. Interesting example that shows how the M2 molars were replaced by the M3 molars. No restoration whatsoever. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
