On offer is a fantastic piece of tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. This is the middle part of the tusk, the tip and the base are missing, but otherwise it is in wonderful state of preservation, as seen in the images. No restoration whatsoever. This tusk piece is of beautiful colouring of mainly white, gold, brown and black ivory and with beautiful patterning. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch. Judging from the circumference, this would have belonged to a female Mammoth. This piece has been applied with a matt finish, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish.
