Payment can be done either via creditcard, bank transfer or Paypal. We ship once a week, on Thursday, and your item will be shipped on the first Thursday after payment has arrived. After your purchase is shipped we will email you the tracking information. For shipping we normally use Fedex, who are very reliable. Shipping prices are always mentioned in website listings for each fossil. If possible we will of course combine shipping of multiple purchases to save on the combined cost of shipping. Transfer times vary and cannot be guaranteed by us: shipments within Europe will usually take around 5 working days (although Southern Europe can take a little longer) and shipments to the USA, Asia and Australia usually take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive. We always take great care in packing your purchases, using high quality packaging materials. For heavier and more expensive items we ship using Fedex, these shipping rates and transit times are available upon request.
We would like to stress that it is 100% legal to export these fossils from The Netherlands, as the species in which we deal do not fall under CITES prohibitions, but import regulations vary from country to country and it is advisable for potential purchasers to investigate the regulations in their own country of residence (although in almost a decade of dealing we have never had an item confiscated by customs!).
