On offer is a fantastic half tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. Although it is only a half tusk, otherwise it is in excellent condition as seen in the images. This is the base end of the tusk, the tip is missing. No restoration whatsoever. Interestingly a large part of the aviole (where the tusk inserted into the skull) and also sediment gravel are present. Fantastic piece and highly recommended. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch. This piece has been applied with a matt finish, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish.
