On offer is a fantastic piece of tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. This is the middle part of the tusk, the base and tip are missing, but otherwise it is in excellent state of preservation, as seen in the images. A spot and a crack have been professionally repaired, otherwise no restoration whatsoever. This tusk piece is of beautiful colouring of white, gold, brown and grey ivory and beautiful patterning and contrasts of colour. The black and white section of the ruler in the image represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch. This piece has been applied with a matt finish, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish.
Attractively displayed on a custom-made stand with black finish, and ready to display. Not only a fantastic fossil, but also truly a work of art in its own right and a great conversation piece.
This piece has been legally exported from Russia.
