On offer is a truly magnificent and beautifully preserved skeleton of a Pleistocene Wisent, the predecessor of modern day American and European bison, a unique opportunity for the creative collector to assemble by yourself. The bones come from various animals and the skeleton is 85% complete. Generally the bones are in excellent condition, the pelvis and some costas are in partial condition and a few bones need a little restoration, as seen in the photographs. The tail vertebrae are missing. The finished result will be stunning and fabulous and it will also be a very interesting investment opportunity, as the assembled skeleton will be highly more valuable. A remarkable opportunity which will surely make for many happy hours assembling and a wonderful display piece when finished! Truly museum quality and one of the best Wisent fossils we have ever had.
