On offer is a complete and beautiful tusk of a Woolly Mammoth from the Pleistocene era. The tusk measures 56 cm (22 in) over the curve and is a truly marvellous piece. The item has a nice strong curve and on top of that has some beautiful brown and gold colouring and subtle patterning. The item will not only be the jewel of your collection, but will also make for a very impressive addition to your home. The pictures speak for themselves! This tusk would have belonged to a female Mammoth and is in wonderful and intact condition; the animal reached considerable age as the tip has worn off during her lifetime. There is no restoration whatsoever. Most interesting piece. A matt finish has been applied to this piece, but it is also possible to order it with a glossy finish. The black-and-white section of the ruler represents 10 cm / 3.9 inch.
